We prefer to do tastings at the monthly open houses at Samuel Cedars and Stonegate Glass Chapel, but private tastings can also be scheduled if needed. These tastings allow you to sample your menu selections and ensure everything is just right before the big day.

Most of our catering packages include buffet-style meals, but plated service can be added upon request. While we focus on providing exceptional food and service, we do not coordinate tableware, linens, or other rentals. However, we’re happy to work alongside your planner or rental company to ensure a seamless dining experience.
